Third-party characters and brands: Product names, characters, logos, and other marks associated with anime, manga, or related franchises are the trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners. realmanime is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such rights holders. Such references are used only to describe the products offered.

5. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may vary depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which (where applicable) are calculated at checkout. Because products are shipped from outside the United States, orders may also be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility as described in our Shipping Policy.

Incorrect pricing: If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged and we cancel the order, we will issue a refund in the amount of the charge.

All items purchased from realmanime are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless realmanime and its operator from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Most concerns can be resolved by contacting our customer service at info@realmanime.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and realmanime agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in 【California】. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action and jury waiver: You and realmanime agree that any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action, and each party waives any right to a jury trial. Either party may still seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable U.S. federal law, and the laws of the State of 【California】, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

13. International Users
