REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This policy applies to products purchased on realmanime.com. We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

  • unused and in the same condition you received it,
  • in its original packaging, and
  • accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Please note: some products are shipped without a box, as indicated on the specific product page for those items. For these products, the "original packaging" requirement does not apply — please simply return them unused and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@realmanime.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send items back before contacting us — we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / no longer wanted: you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (our error): we cover the return shipping and will replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at info@realmanime.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos where possible. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance,"
  • personalized or made-to-order items, and
  • items that have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped by emailing info@realmanime.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it under this policy after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund after the timeframe above, first check with your bank or card company, then contact us at info@realmanime.com and we'll help track it down.
