This policy explains how we ship orders placed on realmanime.com.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to addresses outside the U.S.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Time
After processing, estimated delivery is 21–30 business days. Because many of our products are shipped from overseas fulfillment partners, delivery times can vary based on the product, carrier, and destination. The delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your confirmation is an estimate, not a guarantee.
If we are unable to ship your order within the estimated time, we will notify you and offer you the option to continue waiting or to cancel your order for a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number where available. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
Our products are shipped from fulfillment partners located outside the United States. As of 2025, the United States no longer provides duty-free treatment for low-value imports, and U.S. import tariffs currently apply to imported goods regardless of order value. As a result, your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs processing fees imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, any such import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. If a shipment is refused or returned because of unpaid import charges, any return shipping costs and non-recoverable duties or fees may be deducted from your refund.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars, and any applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us for this reason, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier. If your package appears lost, contact us at info@realmanime.com and we will help you investigate.
